The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.

The Nexgile Agentic Platform

One platform. Describe it, build it, own it.

Nx·Studio designs the digital workers that run your business. Nx IDE puts an AI engineering team in your code editor, for any software you build. The Cognitive Engine takes over routine decisions once it has proved it gets them right.

Platform architecture

Three products. One owner: you.

Nx·Studio is the flagship. Nx IDE is an AI engineering team for your developers. The Cognitive Engine handles routine decisions. The Foundation lets you verify Nx·Studio's workers. What they produce — workers, software, blueprints — is yours to keep.

01GenerateFlagship

Nx·Studio

Describe a business process. An AI analyst designs digital workers to fit it. You rehearse them on realistic synthetic data, then keep them as software you own.

  • Designed from your own business context
  • Rehearsed on synthetic data before going live
  • Yours to keep — self-hosted, no per-decision fees

02Build

Nx IDE

An AI engineering team inside VS Code. It plans, writes and checks code on any AI model you choose. Approval is on by default, and agents are built to ask before anything ships.

  • Any model, your choice — even fully local
  • Independent Tester and Reviewer specialists
  • Checkpoints with one-click restore

03Decide

Cognitive Engine

A separate product for routine decisions. It learns from confirmed outcomes and must pass an exam before it acts. Then it decides in milliseconds, with no AI call.

  • Evidence before action
  • Same facts, same answer
  • Unfamiliar cases go to a person, or to AI if you allow it

The Foundation

The base every Nx·Studio digital worker is built on: four mechanisms that make it predictable, explainable and provably yours.

  • Rehearsed on realistic synthetic data
  • Versioned blueprints you can read
  • A signed bill of materials in every export

Chain of proof

Describe → Generate → Preview → Own

Your business description becomes a working digital workforce, and you own the code. Each step below comes with its own proof, right beside it.

Describe

Start from a plain-language description.

Describe how your company works. A paragraph is enough, or you can work through a guided form. You can also share documents and, with optional modules, process logs, existing agent code and process diagrams (BPMN). Anything you share is used only to design your workers, with a data-processing agreement in place before anything moves.

Proof

An evaluation based on your written description shares no production data, and rehearsal can run entirely on synthetic data.

Generate

Bespoke workers, designed for your context.

An AI business analyst proposes up to five designs for your business, scores them, checks and repairs its own work, and recommends one. For connections, there is a catalog of thousands of integrations, including SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your engineers complete each connection with that system’s details. Workers can also use any system with a standard web API or an MCP server (an open standard for connecting AI to other systems).

Proof

Designs are generated for your business, from your own process or from a ready-made pack you adapt, and you can read each blueprint before it runs.

Preview

Rehearsed before it touches anything real.

Workers rehearse on realistic synthetic data generated for their own processes. Test one step at a time, or end to end with real approval pauses. Run many workers together, with time sped up if you wish, as simplified stand-ins by default or as the real workers. An optional red-team module tests them against known attack techniques.

Proof

Every evaluation run is scored on measures that include accuracy, cost and safety. You can compare versions side by side, or replay a past run step by step.

Own

Export the code. Run it without us.

When you are satisfied, export a complete software project to your own cloud or servers. It runs on the AI models you choose, including fully local ones. No vendor runtime. No per-decision fees to us. No calls home.

Proof

Every export includes a signed bill of materials (a list of everything inside), verifiable offline. The Studio adds an itemised ownership report.

The Foundation

The Nexgile difference.

Today's leading AI models are increasingly similar. What sets Nx·Studio's digital workers apart is the Foundation they are built on. Its four mechanisms turn claims you would otherwise have to trust into things you can read, replay or check yourself.

Rehearsal before reality

Tested on realistic data before it goes live.

Each worker can get realistic test data generated for its own processes, so it can rehearse real-looking work before it touches a live system. You can test one step at a time or end to end, and watch test runs pause for approval and resume. You can run many workers together and speed up time if you wish, with stand-in behaviour by default or the real workers if you choose. You can also score test runs for accuracy, cost and safety. No production data is needed to design or evaluate a worker.

Rules you can rely on

The rules you state are built in.

Write down the rules your business must follow. The AI analyst turns them into fixed checks inside the worker wherever it can, and flags any it could not build in. A fixed check gives the same answer for the same inputs every time and never calls an AI model. For routine decisions that nobody wrote down, the Cognitive Engine learns from confirmed outcomes. It is a separate product and is not built into Nx·Studio workers.

Blueprints you can read

See what it will do before it does it.

Every digital worker is a blueprint, not a tangle of prompts. It shows the steps, who approves what, where cases escalate and which systems it touches. Every save is a version you can compare, merge or restore. Business teams read the same worker as a swimlane diagram, with lanes for teams, people and systems. The export screen then lists exactly what was built. Like everything the platform generates, it is yours.

Proof in every export

Verify exactly what you received.

Before you download, the export screen itemises exactly what you are receiving. The package carries a signed bill of materials: a tamper-evident list of every part of the software and its AI components. Your engineers can check it offline with the included verifier. The package also includes a security threat model and an EU AI Act documentation cross-reference. The worker is built to run without us, with no Nexgile runtime, no license check, no metering and no calls home.

Human oversight

AI judgment with people in charge. Approval steps pause the worker until a person decides, using the reviewer inbox built into the worker. Delivery to Slack, Microsoft Teams or email is optional. You can also set confidence thresholds. By default, a low score raises a warning, and you can choose to route those cases to a person instead.

The Cognitive Engine

Decisions your AI has earned.

Many AI agents ask an AI model about every decision, even routine ones they've seen many times. The Cognitive Engine sits beside your agents and handles those routine decisions instead. It learns from outcomes you've confirmed and must pass an exam before it may act. Then it decides in milliseconds, with no AI call. You can read every rule it learns in plain words.

A separate product that runs on your own servers and connects to your agent systems through its decision API.

01

Learns from confirmed outcomes

An AI's guess is never treated as a lesson.

02

Passes an exam before it acts

By default, hundreds of unseen cases, without a single error.

03

Decides in milliseconds

No AI call, and the same answer for the same facts.

04

Knows what it doesn't know

Cases unlike anything it has learned go to AI or a person.

Versioned blueprints

The blueprint is the audit artifact.

Every digital worker is a blueprint: your business logic as a versioned design. It sets out the worker's agents and roles, connections, approval points, routing and rules. Nothing is buried in prompts or locked in a vendor's runtime.

Blueprint · v12 previous
  • Intake: refund requests from email and chat
  • Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
  • −Approval: refunds route to one reviewer
  • Escalate: low-confidence cases go to a human reviewer
Blueprint · v13 validated
  • Intake: refund requests from email and chat
  • Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
  • +Approval: refunds above a limit go to the finance team
  • Escalate: low-confidence cases go to a human reviewer

Illustrative: a change between two versions, described in plain words. One blueprint serves three audiences. Your engineers compare and merge versions like code. Your business reads it as swimlanes by team, person and system. Your auditors get a summary of exactly what was built. The Studio checks the blueprint every time it is saved, and exports it as code for the cloud you choose. It is an asset you own, not a configuration you rent.

For leaders

Move from managing tasks to directing outcomes.

  • Outcomes, not infrastructure

Describe the work in plain language. You get a team of digital workers, and the software to run them, built for your business.

  • Proof before production

Watch workers rehearse on realistic synthetic data. Each run is scored for accuracy, cost and safety before any real record is touched.

  • Own what you run

You own all the generated code and run it yourself, with no per-decision fees to us. The economics of software you own, not a metered subscription.

  • Built for regulated industries

Decisions you can explain, audit and repeat. Our work focuses where the bar is highest: finance, healthcare and other regulated industries.

For builders

Ship faster with an AI team that knows your codebase.

  • An agent in your editor

Nx IDE plans, builds and checks your code with 31 built-in specialists. Pick the Orchestrator, and separate specialists test and review each change it writes.

  • Any model, your choice

Bring the AI providers you already trust, including private and on-device models. Pick the right model for each job, with no lock-in.

  • Control you can defend

Approval on by default, written allow / ask / deny rules, hooks (your own checks at key moments), optional cost limits and one-click rollback.

  • A map of your code

Cortex builds a private map of your code on your machine. It shows how your code connects and what a change might break, including in COBOL.

For risk & compliance

Read what a worker will do before it does it.

  • Read the blueprint before deployment

Every approval point, threshold and escalation path is visible in advance, on the canvas or as plain swimlanes. You also see who is assigned to review each approval.

  • Audit trails and lineage

Approvals are always recorded. A tamper-evident run log and field-level data lineage (where each data field came from) are optional. Your auditors can request the audit-trail specification.

    Read the audit-trail specification entry
  • Signed and verifiable

Every export carries a signed bill of materials, which your engineers can verify offline on their own hardware, and a security threat model.

  • Evaluation without data sharing

Rehearsal can run entirely on synthetic data. An evaluation based on your written description shares no production data and needs no data-sharing agreement.

The cost mechanism

Your AI bill shouldn't be a weather forecast.

Metered platforms charge you each time a worker makes a decision. We take the opposite approach. The business rules you state become fixed checks wherever possible, and fixed checks never call an AI model. Every design option comes with an AI-estimated running cost before you build. The Studio also shows where a worker could be made more predictable and less expensive.

The AI judgment that remains runs on the AI model accounts you choose, including fully local models. Each AI agent has a cap on how many steps it can take, and you can set a time limit for each run. For agent systems that make the same decisions all day, the Cognitive Engine takes proven routine decisions off the AI bill entirely. It is a separate product, not built into Nx·Studio workers.

You export and run the code yourself, so there is no runtime license and no per-decision meter. Success never raises what you pay us. Your AI model provider bills separately for the AI calls your workers make.

Our business model is the proof. We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor with a meter profits when you depend on it. Our incentives point toward your independence. Ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

How our pricing works
Cost profile — by design

AI calls for the rules you state

Wherever a rule is built in as a fixed check, no AI model is called. That is a matter of design, not a discount.

0

Cost before you build

Every design option shows an AI-estimated running cost, the hours it saves and its payback period. Test runs show what each run actually cost.

The buyer's checklist

Twelve questions to ask any digital-workforce vendor — including us.

Take this list into every evaluation. We wrote it because we're happy to answer all twelve.

01

Can your auditors read what the worker will do before it runs — or only watch dashboards after?

02

If you cancel, what keeps working?

03

Can you export the source code — all of it?

04

Is there a per-decision meter, and what happens to your bill when volume doubles?

05

What happens to routine decisions when the model misbehaves?

06

Can a clever prompt talk the worker out of policy?

07

Is the demo the same code as the deployment?

08

Can you rehearse the worker against realistic work before connecting a live system?

09

Does evaluation require sharing production data?

10

Who approves what — and is approval enforced in the code, or in a setting?

11

Can you verify the no-lock-in claim yourself, on your own hardware?

12

Does every number in the pitch come with how it was measured?

Our answers are on this page.
