You pay to design your workforce. Not to run it.
No per-decision meter. No runtime license. You pay for an agreed scope: the processes you staff. We never charge by the decisions your workers make.
Scoped like a project. Never metered like a utility.
You pay for the design and delivery of your workforce. The price depends on the processes you staff and the systems we connect, not on the decisions your workers make. Ongoing help through Managed Delivery is optional, a service you choose. You order updates to a worker only when you want them. And if you stop paying us, nothing stops working — it’s your code.
Workforce design & delivery
The core engagement: we design and deliver your digital workforce. The price depends on the processes you staff and the systems we connect. You agree the scope before work begins, and we never charge by the decisions your workers make.
Managed Delivery — optional
Ongoing help, offered as a service you choose rather than a dependency we create. Keep us on for upgrades and operations, or hand everything to your own engineers. Either way, the export includes tests, with runbooks and monitoring available as options.
Regeneration on your schedule
Updates you order when you want them, not on a subscription schedule. An optional upgrade feature merges your team's own code changes into a regenerated worker and flags any conflicts.
You won’t find a price table on this page, on purpose. Each engagement is scoped to your processes and your systems, so a generic figure wouldn’t fit you. The policy behind every number on this site applies here too. We determine your figure in a workforce design conversation instead of publishing a number we can’t stand behind.
Business applications you can brand, generated and delivered.
Generated software workers that follow set rules, delivered as source code you own.
Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.
All counts are computed from the delivery records published on this site. A digital worker is generated software that does a defined job under rules you set. It is delivered as source code you own, not a rebadged bot or script.
Three line items that don’t exist.
Each one is built into the code you receive. Your own engineers can check each one, on your own hardware.
No per-decision meter
Metered platforms charge you each time a worker makes a decision. Nexgile has no meter, so success never raises what you pay us. Your AI model provider bills separately for the AI calls your workers make.
Verify it — what ships with every exportNo runtime license
Exports are complete source code that runs on your infrastructure. There are no license keys, no activation checks and no subscription needed to keep it running. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Verify it — what ships with every exportNo calls home
The delivered workforce does not contact Nexgile, so there is nothing to cut off and no usage to report. Every export lists exactly what it contains in a signed bill of materials, which you verify on your own hardware.
Verify it — what ships with every exportEvery export includes a signed bill of materials that your engineers check themselves, offline, with no connection to us. A sample, with sensitive details removed, is available on request through the Trust Center. The verdict is yours to read.
How the cost mechanism works.
The business rules you state become fixed checks wherever possible. Those checks carry zero AI cost by design. This is not a discount: no AI model is called for them. Every design option also comes with an AI-estimated running cost, hours saved and payback period, so you can compare options on cost before you build.
The AI judgment that remains runs on the AI model accounts you choose, including fully local models. Each AI agent has a cap on its steps, and you can set a time limit for each run. You pay your model provider directly for this usage, at your rates, and Nexgile adds no meter. For agent systems that make the same decisions all day, our Cognitive Engine takes proven routine decisions off the AI bill entirely. It is a separate product, not built into Nx·Studio workers.
We publish how the costs work, not a marketing percentage, so you can assess your own costs before you sign anything.
We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor with a meter profits when you depend on it. Our incentives point toward your independence. Ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

There are no figures here, on purpose. Engagements are scoped, not metered, and we don’t publish numbers that don’t apply to you.
The questions procurement asks first.
What happens if we stop?
Nothing stops working, because it is your code. The workforce is standard source code running on your infrastructure. It does not call home, and there is no meter to cut off. Every export includes a signed bill of materials that your engineers can verify themselves, offline.
See what ships with every exportHow is this priced without a meter?
You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There is no per-decision fee and no runtime license. Wherever possible, the business rules you state run as fixed checks that never call an AI model. The AI judgment that remains runs on your own AI model accounts, and every design shows its AI-estimated cost before you build.
How the cost mechanism worksWhy are there no price figures on this page?
Because each engagement is scoped to the processes you staff and the systems we connect, a generic figure wouldn’t fit you. The policy behind every number on this site applies here too: if we can’t publish something honestly, we don’t publish it. A scoping conversation gives you a figure for your own scope.
Scope a workforce designDoes what we pay Nexgile change when our volume grows?
No. There is no Nexgile meter, so success never raises what you pay us. The live AI judgment your workers still need is billed by your AI model provider, and that cost does grow with volume. That is why each design shows an AI-estimated running cost before you build, and test runs show what each run actually cost.
Is Managed Delivery required?
No. Managed Delivery is optional, a service you choose rather than a dependency we create. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades; others run everything with their own engineers. Either way, the export includes tests, with runbooks and monitoring available as options. Ownership means you choose who maintains it, including us, on your terms.
What exactly do we own?
Everything the platform generates for you: source code, blueprints, tests, a reviewer inbox wherever the worker has approval steps, and, if you choose them, dashboards and deployment files. It all runs on your infrastructure, on the cloud and AI models you choose, with no license keys and no runtime dependency on Nexgile.
